• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

• We accept credit/debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

• In the future, we may also accept payment at in-person events or markets through a secure point-of-sale device.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and deliver your order as requested.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays due to third-party delivery services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Because our baked goods are perishable, sales are final unless there is a product defect or error in your order.

• If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at bluedahliabakingcompany@gmail.com

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• While we take care in our baking process, our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and others.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergy warnings before placing an order.
